Harriers 4 - Mosquitos 1
Gladiators 5 - Rookley 0
Tigers 4 - Tornados 1
Eagles 3 - Vikings 2
League leaders Vikings remain on top of the table tennis summer league despite their 3-2 defeat by Eagles. Roger Nevell again won two for the victors.
Hurricanes remain in second place, now only three points behind, following a 4-1 demolition of Bears. Scott Lawson maintained his unbeaten record.
After their good winning run, Mosquitos were squashed 4-1 by Harriers, as David Lewis’ fine run of form ended against John Moyse.
Gladiators advance to fourth place thanks to a 5-0 taming of Rookley Stallions. This time Paul Freeborn and George Downing got their act together, winning everything.
Tigers are in 5th place following a 4-1 win against Tornados for whom Peter Dove won two very close encounters.
Warriors Paul White and Mike Jose steamrollered No Hopers 5-0 and the latter remain anchored in last place.
