The first complete year (1993) offered members the following talks: Shipping; A Carisbrooke Evening; Spanish Royalty with Island Connections (Alfonso XIII); Around Ryde, and a social evening. Nearly every major town or attraction on the Island has been highlighted at some time over the years by a talk or display, and more are planned this year.
